Who we are

This website, naturalhealthmix.in, is operated by Natural Health Mix, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, FSSAI licence 22426072001221. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Natural Health Mix; "you" means anyone using this website.

By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Our products are food, not medicine

Everything we sell is a food product. Nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing here is medical advice. Descriptions of traditional uses are cultural and historical, not clinical claims.

Please consult a qualified doctor before:

• introducing any new food to an infant or young child
• adding anything to your diet during pregnancy or while breastfeeding
• changing your diet if you are diabetic, on medication, or managing any medical condition

Allergens

Our mixes are made in a kitchen that handles tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, milk and gluten-containing grains. Even products that do not list these may carry traces. If anyone in your household has a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering and we will tell you exactly what runs on the same equipment.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We try hard to keep prices, stock and descriptions accurate, but errors happen. If a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or is out of stock after you ordered, we will contact you and either confirm the correct price with your consent or cancel and refund the order in full. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our confirmation email is our acceptance.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders up to the limit shown at checkout.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to the mobile number used to log in, since a one-time code sent to it is what proves your identity. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to your number or your orders.

Reviews you write

Reviews you submit may be published on this site along with the name you provide. Please write about the product and your own experience. We do not publish abusive content, spam, or anything that identifies another person. We publish critical reviews as readily as positive ones, and we do not edit the substance of a review.

Our content

The text, photographs, illustrations, recipes and design on this site belong to us. You are very welcome to share links and quote us with credit. Please do not copy our product descriptions or images wholesale for a competing store.

Limits of our liability

We take real care with our food and our website, but to the extent permitted by law our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
