Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel before dispatch, and if a mix is not right for you we will replace it or refund you within 7 days.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched — usually a window of about a day. Email hello@naturalhealthmix.in or WhatsApp +919790307426 with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier we cannot cancel it, because the food has already been milled and sealed for you. You can of course refuse delivery, and we will then follow the returns process below.

Returns

Food is personal. If a mix is not right for you, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you — even if the pack is opened. We would rather have your trust than your ₹299.

We ask two things:

  • Tell us honestly what was wrong (taste, texture, packaging, it just was not for you). It is how the next batch gets better.
  • Keep whatever is left of the pack until the matter is settled, in case the courier needs to collect it.

We cannot accept returns where most of the pack has been consumed, or after 7 days from delivery, because we cannot verify the condition of a food product after that.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at our cost, or refund you in full — your choice. No return shipping and no questions.

Refund timelines

Once a refund is approved:

  • Online payments (UPI, card, netbanking): refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank, not on us.
  • Cash on delivery: refunded by UPI or bank transfer within 3 to 5 working days of you sending us the details.

We will always email you when the refund is initiated, with the reference number.

What is not refundable

The shipping fee on an order that was correctly delivered and is being returned by choice, and orders returned to us after three failed delivery attempts (there the actual two-way courier cost is deducted). Everything else, we refund.
